The only item on the GC list is the below email from Kensington Parc resident Mike Cole concerning the drainage issue behind that row of townhouses on Portloe.

Good afternoon,
Wanted to see if we can have the landscapers address this drainage area behind our row on Portloe.
The grass is completely gone, and more importantly, there is a trough that will not dry out resulting in a muddy mess.
This photo is from today and it hasn’t rained in at least a week.
I believe there is an existing French drain back there, but it’s either clogged or not connected.
