I am out of town and may or may not be able to call in. We are working with the landscaper on several drainage and planting projects. The area behind Bilberry and the single-family homes and the area behind the first set of houses on Portloe have significant drainage issues. The board has the 2 proposals to fix the drainage. The board has proposals to install some plants in empty beds on Portloe/Topsham as well as replace a few shrubs and trees in front of the Portloe sign and in the back of the houses on Portloe. When I return from being out of town, Esteban and I will be walking the single-family park area to determine which plants need replacing, etc.
The community was treated with weed control yesterday. I have asked Esteban and Roger to please hand weed the areas in front of all the signs in the entire community.
If the board could give approval on the proposals, I can ask Esteban to being the work on the drainage and plantings.
