In light of the large amount of snow we are scheduled to get Saturday night into Sunday, we wanted to share the following information:
- Visitor parking will be severely restricted. On Friday, Creative Landscape (CL) will be marking a large number of visitor spots as reserved so they have somewhere to push the snow. If you park there after the signage is placed, your vehicle will be towed.
- CL will plow first, and then salt the roads as needed.
- CL will clear around all fire hydrants and the shared mailboxes after the storm is over.
The situation is fluid and may change as gain more knowledge.
Sunday, Jan 25, 12:00PM update
- Crews are now on-site but because it is still snowing and sleeting they will probably not be done until after dark.
- Patriot Disposal‘s web page says there will be NO service pickups on Monday and no make up.
Sunday, Jan 25, 6:00PM update
- Plowing is still on-going, and they hope to catch up by the time the snow is scheduled to stop around 8:00PM. They will continue working until the roads in our subdivision are passable. At this point, it is unlikely they will salt because the scheduled high for the next few days is too cold for the salt to be effective.
- With schools, federal and local government all shut down on Monday hopefully, you can stay home and warm.
Monday, Jan 26, 4:00PM
- Creative Landscape currently has a Bobcat skid-steer onsite and is continuing to clear snow from the roads, and away from everyone’s driveway. Your patience while they continue working is appreciated.
