The Architecture Review Committee (ARC) is responsible for preserving the existing areas of natural beauty and to assure that architectural changes and modifications are in good taste, good design, and harmonious with the surrounding Kensington Square development. The Architecture Review Committee consists of the following personnel:

Any changes to the exterior of your home need to be submitted to the ARC for review and approval. Follow this process:
- Read the Rules, Regulations and Design document to make sure your change will conform to the established rules.
- Fill in the Application Change Form, and obtain the required signatures of your neighbors, if needed.
- Send the form via US Postal Service to:

Indicate in your email when you sent the hard copy to CMC. NOTE: YOU MUST STILL SEND THE HARD COPY VERSION TO CMC; submitting the electronic version does not start the official process.
ARC meetings are normally held at 6:30 on the 2nd Thursday of the month, but there are no meetings held if there are no pending ARC requests/applications. Some ARC actions can be handled via electronic voting.
