The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is pleased to announce this year’s Kensington Square Community Yard Sale on Saturday, 31 May 2025, from 8am to 1pm!
Do you have clothing, furniture, home decor, toys, or other items in your home collecting dust and never being used? The KSHOA Community Yard Sale is a great way to complete your ‘spring cleaning’ before summer kicks in. All you have to do is take a little time over the next few weeks sorting and organizing your items and being ready the morning of the sale. Advertising is done by KSHOA Communications and ARC, but you are welcome to help advertising through your family and social connections.
We usually get a great turnout of ‘buyers’ — especially in the early hours….so be ready by 8am so you don’t miss out. Just be sure to have coin change and a lot of $1 dollar bills. These days, you might even get a few high-tech ‘shoppers’ that ask to pay via Paypal or Venmo, but most still use cash.
So please come on out and help make this a fun and worthwhile event for the community!!!!!
