Dear Single Family Community Residents,
Please be advised that USA Contractors will begin painting the single-family homes starting the week of September 27th and the project timeline is expected to take 4 to 6 weeks to complete all homes. Completion time may vary or be extended in the event of rain.
Key Information & Homeowner Requirements
1. Front Door Painting:
The project includes repainting your front door in its original/same color.
Contractors will leave a flyer on affected homes to coordinate a specific date for your door.
During and after painting, your front door must remain partially open so the wet paint does not stick to the surrounding door molding.
If you cannot be home during the week, the HOA is considering coordinating 1 or 2 weekend sessions to complete any remaining unpainted doors.
2. Landscaping & Exterior Access:
Homeowner Responsibility: Please ensure all trees, shrubs, and landscaping around your home are trimmed and cut back.
Landscaping must not rub against the house or block contractors from accessing exterior woodwork.
3. Weather Delay:
Painting schedules will be adjusted and rescheduled in the event of rain.
