The Kensington Square annual budget figures are NOT posted on this web site for HOA financial responsibility reasons. A copy of the most recent yearly budget was mailed to all Kensington homeowners. If you did not receive a copy then please contact the CMC manager and request another copy. Also the FC meeting minutes that are posted on this tab are mostly for background information since the committee is not active at this time.
