The Annual Meeting of the Kensington Square Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on July 24, 2025, at 6:00PM, 4800 Westfields Blvd., Chantilly, VA 20151 with the Board of Directors.
Registration begins at 5:50pm.
There will be an election of two (2) Board Members at this year’s Annual Meeting. The candidates elected to fill the vacant positions will hold a three (3) year term.
It is important for you to participate either in person or by proxy to reach quorum. In order to conduct the meeting and hold the election, at least twenty-five (25%) of the total votes must be present, either in person or by proxy. We hope you will attend the meeting, but if you cannot attend the meeting it is very important that you mail in a proxy or assign your proxy to another homeowner, or else the meeting cannot be conducted and will be rescheduled.
Proxies, which are mailed to Kylee Pineda’s attention, must be received at CMC at 4800 Westfields Blvd, Suite 300, Chantilly, VA. 20151 by Tuesday, July 22, 2025. If you use the Proxy Form, be sure to follow the instructions and return the completed Proxy Form as instructed.
