As was mentioned at The Board meeting held on July 24th, the trees in our community are starting to get overgrown in certain areas because our community is now 20+ years old.
If a tree is totally on your property, you, the homeowner, are responsible for its trimming. The HOA is responsible for maintenance of greenery in the common areas not owned by individual property owners.
