As part of your HOA dues, every home’s exterior is painted every 5 years. The work is staggered so different sections of the community are painted every year. Painting for Phase 5 of the Billberry units is scheduled to begin within the next two weeks and encompasses the townhomes and ADUs shown below.
Recent weather conditions have been extremely hot, humid, and accompanied by frequent thunderstorms which precludes painting. We are hopeful that conditions will improve to allow the painting cycle to proceed on schedule.
Please be aware that our contractor, USA Contracting, will have workers on site wearing yellow safety vests for identification. These workers are authorized and are performing the work on behalf of the KSHOA.
