Parking

While options like assigned spaces or decals have been discussed, the HOA currently lacks the administrative and financial resources to manage them. With vehicle counts per household varying widely and Fairfax County fire lane regulations prohibiting all street parking, parking remains tight. To help manage this, we have designated specific “Resident” and “Visitor” areas and instituted stricter rules.

While we hope to avoid intrusive measures, garage underutilization and parking abuse continue to be major issues. If violations persist, the HOA will be forced to transition to a mandatory, community-wide vehicle sticker system.

Parking Rules & Guidelines

  1. Read All Signage: Always check the signs in your immediate parking area.
    • Towed vehicles: Contact Battlefield Towing at 703-906-2987.
  2. 2-Day Time Limit: Parking in both “RESIDENT” and “VISITOR” spaces is limited to two (2) consecutive days. For example, a car parked on Monday must be moved by Tuesday at 11:59 PM to a different parking area within the community.
  3. Extended Parking: For long-term stays, please use the Billberry overflow lot.
  4. No Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles and oversized trucks are strictly prohibited.
