The ARC has six members, Gloria Joyce Chairperson, Deb Beckworth, Paul Johnson, Don Bouchard, Jennifer Fetsko, and Valerie Rubin. ARC meetings are normally held on the 2nd Thursday of the month. The ARC held its last face-to-face meeting at the residence of the Chairperson on Thursday 14 April 2022. The next ARC face-to-face meeting, if required will be the second Thursday in August 2022.
There have been two HOA Design Applications submitted to the ARC since the last report:
- A new patio on Lavender Keep was approved.
- A back retractable screen door was approved for Lady Somerset.
There have been a few trash can violations since the last report but all-in-all the residents are doing a good job in putting their trash cans away promptly.
