Since we are in winter there is not much on the Grounds Committee to report.
Esteban completed all of the items on our list to my knowledge.
We are waiting for a few lights to be fixed on Rugby but to be honest I haven’t checked on them as of late as the cold temperatures have reduced my walks.
The landscaping bed on 50 was redone and only time will tell how it grows and what it will look like in the coming months as things warm up again.
Today (1/20/21) Creative Landscape was out and about in the neighborhood trimming all the perennials down such as the rose bushes and grasses.
