GC Report – 2017-04-28

Location: 3876 Billberry Drive
Attendees: Deb Beckworth, Rosemary Cruz, Leslie Elwood

1. The GC covered the following agenda items during the meeting.
   1. The committee reviewed the minutes that were submitted to CMC for the 08 March meeting. No issues.
   2. Reviewed communication from Andy Sabonis detailing the differences in the neighborhood regarding ownership to curb (or not) as this impacts common areas and any recommendations made by the GC to the board.
2. Current Business.
   1. Fox Keep Hydrangea and Crepe Myrtle trimming. Prior to the meeting, there were questions submitted to the GC regarding trimming of hydrangeas on Fox Keep and crepe myrtle trimming. The GC worked with Russ Tolle at BrightView and clarified these issues with the resident. We also clarified the members of the GC the tree trimming rules for BrightView.
   2. Leslie reviewed the mowing schedule and how he planned to monitor the mowing and coordinate with BrightView.
3. New Business.
   1. Began discussing the GC approach to determining ideas and suggestions for the Fall ’17 and Spring ’18 plans, respectively. The committee agreed to coordinate a drive around later in May to look at other communities for ideas.
   2. Discussed the need for a ‘watering’ notice to residents should heat and lack of rainfall ensue this summer season.
   3. Determined that the next meeting would be on Wed, 10 May 17, at 6pm.
