- The committee reviewed last month’s minutes that were submitted to CMC for the 12 April 17 meeting. No issues
- Current business.
- The committee now has a new member to help represent the Parc (Shobana Thyagarajan).
- Mike reported that due to a recent light survey, two new street lights will go in on Woodberry Meadow (near the entrance) and the basketball court area.
- Spring Cleaning. Reviewed the spring cleaning effort and all completed.
- Reviewed an update on ongoing irrigation repairs & upgrades, watering methodology, and annual plantings in flowerbeds around the community.
- Mowing Schedule. No issues were presented. Leslie created a spreadsheet to track the mowing and adjustments being made due to wet weather or other impacts.
- Each member will begin doing monthly walkabouts and note replacement, repair, or areas needing enhancement and bring those observations to the GC meetings. If an emergency, the issue will be dealt with immediately.
- New Business.
- Continued discussing ideas for Fall ’17 and Spring ’18 plan. Ideas suggested included:
- If not cost prohibitive and possible, suggested adding tree fertilization to the BrightView contract.
- Creation of an info flyer with suggested tree care regimen to go out to residents and also putting this kind of information on the HOA website.
- Wooden Fences behind Fox Keep homes. Leslie inquired ref the request made to the HOA board in March meeting to make a formal decision regarding care of wooden fences on Fox Keep. CMC was to provide the GC with the board’s decision. That response has not been received.
- Dry Ponds. The committee agreed that it needed to get a good assessment on all the dry ponds to ensure they are being cared for properly and in accordance with governing regulations.
- Continued discussing ideas for Fall ’17 and Spring ’18 plan. Ideas suggested included:
