Homeowners will be voting to fill one seat on The Board. In order to conduct the meeting and hold the election, at least 25% of the total votes must be present either in person or via proxy voting. We hope you will attend the meeting, but if you cannot, it is very important that you mail, fax or email in your proxy, or assign your proxy to another homeowner. If we do not get at least 25%, the meeting cannot be conducted and will have to be rescheduled.
