Please join us for this year’s KSHOA Community Yard Sale on Saturday, 27 July 2024, from 08am to 12pm! This is a great time to spend the next few weeks sorting through clothing, housewares, furniture, and other items to prepare for the event. This is also a great time to sell items to college-bound students. Recommend folks be ready by 07am if possible as serious buyers show up that early.
Obviously, there will be extra traffic and parking as well as a lot of foot traffic throughout the community. We ask those who are not participating to be patient for the half-day event.
We will be posting signs near all the entrances and putting information on various online platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, YardSales.net, etc. as we get closer to the date.
